Brelaun Douglas is a freelance multimedia  reporter. She received her M.A. in multimedia journalism from New York University and her B.A. in print/online journalism from Howard University.

She has covered a wide range of stories from audio reportage of life on the U.S./ Mexico border for  a Native American tribe, to a video about Harlem’s day of play to a written piece on the “Unite the Right 2” rally , as well as various other topics including the 2016 Democratic National Convention.

Her reporting has appeared in the Amsterdam News, the Atlanta Voice Newspaper, DC Spotlight Newspaper, the District Chronicles, The Afro-American, Trice Edney Newswire and various other publications across the country.
